2.2 One Person — One Account
Each person may operate only one account. If multiple accounts are found under the same person's name, all accounts will be closed and any earned bonuses will be forfeited.
2.3 Providing Accurate Information
Users must provide accurate and up-to-date information at the time of registration. Using a false identity or another person's details is strictly prohibited and may result in account closure.
2.4 Verification
kha88 reserves the right to carry out identity verification (KYC) at any time. Identity verification may be mandatory before a withdrawal request is processed. Withdrawals may be put on hold if the required documents are not provided.
Account Management & Security
3.1 Password Protection
It is the user's responsibility to keep their account password confidential. The password must not be shared with any third party. If a password is lost or unauthorized access to an account is suspected, contact [email protected] immediately.
3.2 Account Suspension & Closure
kha88 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close an account in the following circumstances:
- If evidence of a breach of the Terms is found.
- In the case of providing false information.
- If fraud or unethical activity is suspected.
- If evidence of operating multiple accounts is found.
- If an age requirement violation is proven.
3.3 User-Initiated Closure Request
Any user may close their account at their own request. For temporary or permanent self-exclusion under the responsible gaming program, users may contact the support team.
Deposit & Withdrawal Policy

Bonus & Promotion Terms
5.1 Welcome Bonus
New users will receive a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000. For example — depositing ৳1,000 will give a ৳1,500 bonus, making the total balance ৳2,500; or depositing ৳14,000 will give the maximum ৳10,000 bonus, making the total balance ৳24,000.
5.2 Wagering Requirements
The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 20 times the bonus amount, calculated on the bonus amount only (not the combined deposit and bonus). Example: ৳1,500 bonus × 20 = ৳30,000 in bets must be completed before the bonus can be withdrawn.
5.3 Bonus Usage Rules
- Bonuses can only be used for playing on the kha88 platform.
- Funds earned from a bonus cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirements are met.
- Multiple bonuses cannot be used at the same time, unless a specific promotion explicitly permits it.
- If a bonus is not used within a specified time after being credited, it will expire.
- kha88 reserves the right to modify or cancel any promotion.
5.4 VIP Program
The kha88 VIP program has three tiers, determined based on the user's activity:
- Bronze: Weekly cashback of up to 0.3%.
- Silver: Weekly cashback of up to 0.7%.
- Gold: Weekly cashback of up to 1.0%.
Advancement to a higher VIP tier depends on the user's consistent activity and active participation on the platform.
Gaming Policy
6.1 Game Rules
Each game or betting market on kha88 has its own rules. It is advised to read the relevant game rules carefully before playing. Results displayed on the platform are considered final.
6.2 Technical Errors
If a game result is affected by a server error, disconnection, or any other technical issue, kha88 reserves the right to void that round and refund the bet. kha88 is not obligated to pay out any winnings that were incorrectly displayed due to a technical error.
6.3 Fair Play
RNG (Random Number Generator) technology is used on kha88 to ensure fair play. Game results are completely impartial and free from any external influence.
6.4 Sports Betting

Prohibited Activities

The account of any user involved in any of the above activities will be permanently closed and the balance may be forfeited.
Intellectual Property
All content on the kha88 platform — logos, designs, software, text, graphics, and other materials — is the intellectual property of kha88. Copying, redistributing, modifying, or using these materials for commercial purposes without prior written permission from kha88 is strictly prohibited.
Content from third-party game providers (such as Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, PG Soft, JILI, Spribe, and others) is protected under their respective intellectual property laws.
Limitation of Liability
kha88 strives to provide uninterrupted service, but cannot accept liability in the following cases:
- If a game or bet is affected due to an internet disconnection.
- If a transaction is delayed or fails due to a third-party payment provider.
- If loss occurs due to an issue with the user's own device or network.
- If service is disrupted due to a force majeure event such as a natural disaster, cyberattack, or government directive.

Continuing to use the platform after any changes will be considered as acceptance of the revised terms and conditions.
